Free Returns for Tavrolo Members

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before it has been shipped or put into production. A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders. Please note that once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Policy (if applicable)
We gladly accept returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Customers are only responsible for shipping fees once per order (this includes return shipping). No additional restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. You’ll also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, reach out to your credit card provider—sometimes it takes a little longer for refunds to be posted officially. You may also want to check with your bank, as processing times can vary.
